There’s a reality about life that is so Real…
Time waits for know one! This moment is surreal and the fact that it marks a half century plus is incredibly humbling. You see for me, Time—has always been a fascinating and an uncontrollable phenomenon. I have always been captivated by time and never dreamed that it would pass by as quickly as it has. More now than ever before, my Truth is To Be Real, To Be Authentically Me & To Never Settle. Why wouldn’t I be, right!
Truly, if we all were honest with ourselves there have been times we settled in relationships, done some things we really didn’t want to do, said things we didn’t really mean, and even believed a lie or two—and that’s by no means being authentic.

My heart’s desire is to help others realize the best part of themselves based on the Truth and seeking the Truth. It’s never too late to understand who we really are & destined to be. The divine hour glass in each of us is calling us to truth; and to be True to our Creator, true to self & true when dealing with others. The hour glass of life makes a demand on life, each grain of sand that drops is representing every millisecond, every milli minute, every milli hour, of every day —of our lives.

As I reflect back on the past from a vantage point that comes with ageing gracefully and truthfully … I no longer allow ancient withering regrets to encapsulate my present-day journey into all things authentic. Operating daily from this elevated state of mind frees me to luxuriously dream about fulfilling my Destiny…knowing that the latter rain, would indeed be greater than my sullied past.

My quest is in life is share these keys with everyone I encounter. It’s a Divine Assignment that I’m very passionate about. I loved journaling the journey. My goal is to travel abroad sharing these Divine Keys!

Finally, if I were to be asked to write a letter to my younger self on how best to navigate the inevitability of ageing as a Black woman, these words will effortlessly escape my matured lips, “Just breathe and allow things/events to happen organically. Most importantly, don’t forget to have plenty of SELAH moments.”
